It’s that time again! The Oak Tree HOA is now ready to issue our new 2024 Vehicle Decals!
Due to the high volume of requests, processing is taking longer than initially expected. Thank you for your ongoing patience in this matter!
As a reminder, the HOA does not issue decals to non-resident guests, family members, household staff, or vendors. This includes, but is not limited to housekeeping services, landscapers, pool care services, home care workers, etc. Please remember to keep your pre-approved guest list up to date with security, and that vendors must still adhere to Oak Tree’s commercial traffic rules and hours, even if they are on your guest list.
The Oak Tree Home Owners Association will issue up to 5 decals per household, free of charge. If any additional decals are needed, they are available for $20.00 each. Please make checks or money orders payable to The Oak Tree Home Owners Association. We cannot accept cash, credit, or debit at this time.
It is our goal to keep a safe and secure community for your enjoyment. Thank you in advance for your cooperation with our decal exchange process.
