On 08/04/2020 A motion to reduce the QUORUM to host the Annual Meeting of the Owners PASSED, with 388 votes in favor, and 68 votes against the measure.
This change applies to the Oak Tree Home Owners Association By-Laws, Article II, Section 9 "Quorum", as follows:

On January 23rd, 2020, at the Oak Tree Home Owners Association Annual Meeting, a vote was held to approve the 2020 Budget with an 8.3% increase to the annual dues.
This increase went into effect on 03/01/2020.
