The Oak Tree Home Owners Association issues entry decals to Oak Tree Residents, Members, and Club Employees and Association Employees ONLY.
Only vehicles with properly displayed, valid decals will be allowed on property without first checking in with Security.
The Association issues up to five (5) decals to each household, free of charge. All additional decals will incur a charge of $20.00 each.
Decals are not to be issued to the owner’s regular guests, staff, non-resident family members, etc.
Decals are non-transferrable between vehicles.
THE SPEED LIMIT THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE OAK TREE COMMUNITY IS 25 MILES PER HOUR.
Our speed limit is Strictly enforced by Oak Tree Patrol.
