Dear Oak Tree Residents,
On January 23rd, 2020, at the Oak Tree Home Owners Association Annual Meeting, a vote was held to approve the 2020 Budget with an 8.3% increase to the annual dues. This increase will not go in to effect immidiately.
This increase was approved, with 227 votes in favor, and 48 votes against this increase.
Our guard houses are undergoing construction to revamp the interiors!
The East-Side entrance work will begin MONDAY 10/21/2019, and work is expected to be completed by Friday, 10/25/2019
The West-Side Entrance will begin work MONDAY, 10/28/2019, and is expected to be completed by Friday, 11/01/2019

Part-time - Seasonal - Grounds Keeper needed for exclusive homeowners association. Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 Monday - Friday. We are looking for someone that is dependable and is excited to help keep our property looking its best. Reliable transportation is a must, truck preferred. Must be able to sit, bend or stand for excess of 1 hour at a time and lift 50 to 100 lbs. Preferred skills: Maintenance and mechanical.
The job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Clearing Trash, branches, leaves, debris and etc from common areas within the community
Please be advised that the speed limit throughout all of the Oak Tree community is STRICTLY 25 miles per hour.

The purpose of the advisory committee's are to assist and provide input to the Board of Directors in the administration and direction of the Association. It is to provide Owners opportunities to improve the association on a volunteer, non-voting basis and to promote transparency and owner outreach in an effort to move the association up to the next level, based on best pratices and owners support.
Please be reminded that any changes to your property to include fencing, patios or buildings, must be approved by the Architectural Review Board. All fencing must be made from approved materials and can not exceed a maximum height of 6 feet when measure from the lowest point. Exceptions to height restrictions will be reviewed.
