WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY DELAYS AND ARE WORKNG TO CONTINUE PROVIDING THESE SERVICES IN A TIMELY MANNER.

While we continue to work towards improving our security procedures, and capabilities, the Oak Tree HOA Board of Directors asks that all residents check in with their immediate neighbors, and take steps to help keep our community safe. By taking steps to protect your own property, you can protect your neighbors as well.

Leaving your home’s exterior lights on is a great way to ward off any potential intruders from your own home, as well as your neighbors. Don’t leave unlocked vehicles parked outside overnight. Make sure no valuable items are left inside vehicles, and lock all doors. Most importantly, If you ever see any suspicious activity on your own property, or a neighbor’s, contact security immediately so a patrol officer may respond. Oak Tree security patrol is available 24/7 to respond to calls and emergencies in our community.

If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911 first, before contacting Oak Tree Security, and our security team will cooperate with local emergency services.

Thank you for being a valuable member of the Oak Tree neighborhood.

We look forward to continuing to serve this community, through these difficult times and beyond.

Sincerely,

The Oak Tree Home Owners Association
